Synergy Issues

Genesis Issues should be reported to the HelpDesk. Please see the Technology Information page for information on how to create a HelpDesk ticket.

Change Your Password

1. Click the tree icon @ the top, left side
2. Click the plus (+) next to "Genesis"
3. Click System
4. Click User, then User again
5. Type your current password, then your new password, then your new password again to confirm
6. Click Save @ the top
